Education authority opens registration for 2026 professional teaching license exams

The Education and Training Evaluation Commission has announced the opening of registration for the 2026 professional teaching license exams through the Qiyas online portal.

The commission stated on X that registration for the general pedagogical and subject-specific exams for male teachers currently employed will begin on August 3, 2026, and for female teachers on August 10, 2026.

For those who have not passed previous exams, registration opens for men on August 5, 2026, and for women on August 12, 2026.

Registration will be open to all men on August 9, 2026, and to all women on August 16, 2026.

The registration period for the subject-specific exam ends on October 28, 2026, while registration for the general pedagogical exam closes on November 4, 2026. Subject-specific exams will be held from October 18 to 31, 2026, and the general pedagogical exams from November 6 to 7, 2026.
