Traffic authority launches online license plate auction via Absher Wednesday

The General Directorate of Traffic will open online bidding for special vehicle license plates through the Absher platform starting Wednesday, allowing interested buyers to review available options and participate in the auction without needing to complete procedures in person.

The authority outlined the steps to access the auction on Absher, beginning with logging into 'My Services,' selecting 'Traffic,' and then clicking on 'Electronic License Plate Auction.'

Once in the service, users can choose the type of vehicle plates, after which available plates for online bidding will be displayed.

The General Directorate of Traffic encouraged those interested in acquiring special plates to participate in the auction via Absher, confirming that the entire bidding process can be completed electronically.
