Medina police arrest Saudi, Egyptian for methamphetamine trafficking

Police in the Medina region have arrested a Saudi citizen and an Egyptian resident for their involvement in trafficking the drug methamphetamine, commonly known as 'shabu.'

Authorities stated that the suspects have been detained and legal procedures have been initiated against them prior to their referral to the relevant authorities.

Security authorities urge citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling or trafficking activities by calling 911 in Makkah, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, or 999 and 994 in other regions, as well as the General Directorate of Narcotics Control hotline at 995, or by emailing [email protected]. All reports will be handled with strict confidentiality and without liability for the informant.
