Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health (MoH) announced on Monday the registration of 43 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 75 recoveries in the Kingdom during the past 24 hours.

The ministry added in their statement that the number of critical cases reached 50.

The statistics also showed that the total number of infections in the country reached 548,973 while the recovery tally reached 537,933.

"one new death, bringing fatalities tally in the Kingdom to 8,805," the statement added.

The Ministry of Health advised everyone to contact the toll free (937) for consultations and inquiries around the clock, and to obtain health information and services.
