Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced on Friday that 398 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported, in the Kingdom, bringing the total number to 346,880, including 8,088 active cases undergoing treatment.

"There are 766 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the health ministry said.

It added that 20 new deaths have been reported; putting the tally of fatalities, at 5,383.

Meanwhile, as many as 404 cases have recovered, raising recoveries' toll to 333,409.

On the other hand, 56,255 new laboratory tests were conducted, in the last 24-hour, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
