Saudi Arabia's Health Ministry announced on Monday that 357 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The newly reported number brings the total cases to 345,232, including 8,228 active cases undergoing treatment.

"There are 784 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the health ministry said in their statement.

"17 new deaths have been reported; putting the tally of fatalities, at 5,313," the statement added.

Meanwhile, as many as 361 cases have recovered, raising recoveries' toll to 331,691. On the other hand, 52,321 new laboratory tests were conducted, in the last 24-hour, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
