Abdulhadi bin Ahmed Al-Mansouri, President of the Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), led his country's delegation to the Fifth Meeting of the Heads and Directors General of Civil Aviation in the Middle East, organized by Kuwaiti Directorate General of Civil Aviation in cooperation with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), currently ongoing in Kuwait and will last on 6 November 2019.
The meeting will discuss a number of topics arising from the fourth meeting, the cooperation between the ICAO and international and regional organizations, civil aviation efforts aiming at protecting the environment, the current opportunities and challenges of airlines companies in the Middle East and other topics on the agenda.
