Riyadh on Oct. 27 is scheduled to host a two-week Global Town Festival, which brings together global civilizations in one place in a climate of tolerance and peace at the Exhibition Park on the Eastern Ring Road in Riyadh.

Rima Al-Ruwaisan, CEO of the Molhimat Al-Sharq for Exhibitions and Conferences, noted that visitors of the festival would enjoy an exceptional experience on a journey full of excitement and passion through time and unforgettable moments.

The festival will see the participation of prestigious countries in their famous landmarks, wonderful markets and folklore songs. In addition to coffee shops and restaurants that offer the most delicious international dishes.

She also added that visitors start their journey from the Saudi Street in a tourist and historical trip with time paradox between the past and present through various regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Exhibition of Homeland and History held on the sidelines of the event to showcase the top achievements of kings of Saudi Arabia.

Riyadh Valley event

Al-Ruwaisan also pointed out that the festival will include Riyadh Valley event: the Future Gate; supported by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development; under the leadership of a group of pioneering ministries and agencies.

The ministries and agencies are the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology; the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development; King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, King Faisal Award; Darah Foundation, as well as King Fahd National Library; where they all will present their messages toward the homeland and citizens.

She also concluded by saying that the festival has allocated a charity street; named Molhimat Al-Khair, which houses charity organizations, business entrepreneurs and productive families; held in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 strategy to empower women. Besides, investing in the youths of the homeland, and meets the passion of festival visitors.
