WSP Middle East, together with The Red Sea Development Company and international law firm Pinsent Masons; Monday launched a thought-provoking podcast episode in celebration of International Women's Day 2021.

Titled 'Diversity wins, but gaps persist: How can we close the inclusion divide?'; the podcast explores diversity in a broader sense whilst discussing how organizations in the Middle East and globally can tackle the inclusion divide.

The purpose behind this is to ideate ways for organizations and leaders to overcome stigmas and create a wider, diverse, and aware modern working environment.

The end goal is to find solutions that could potentially narrow the gaps; which are preventing living and working environments from being inclusive by nature.

The podcast episode is also hosted by Gurminder Sagoo; client director for WSP Middle East; and features esteemed guests Ashwaq Albabtain; project manager at The Red Sea Development Company, and Gurmeet Kaur, partner at Pinsent Masons Middle East.

This podcast episode is also part of the launch of WSP's Anticipate Podcast; an insights series that explores unique perspectives to future trends and existing challenges by engaging experts. Besides, thinking leaders from across the engineering and construction industry.
