Absher platform enables residents to separate dependent records online

Saudi Arabia’s Absher platform now allows resident families to electronically separate the records of dependents who are over 18 years old, making the process simple and convenient for heads of households.

Separating a dependent’s record for residents

According to a post by Absher on X, the service enables resident heads of household to fully separate the record of any dependent family member who has reached the age of 18 or older from their family file, all through the online platform.

Steps to complete the service on Absher:

Log in to the Absher platform website.

Select the “Family Members Services” menu.

Choose “Resident Services.”

Select the “Beneficiary.”

Click on the “Separate Dependent” option.

Canceling a dependent’s record

It is also possible to cancel the record of a resident dependent through Absher. This service is available for dependents who have left Saudi Arabia on an exit and re-entry visa and have not returned to the Kingdom.

Steps to access the service:

• Log in to the Absher platform

• Family Members Services

• Resident Services

• Select the dependent

• Cancel dependent record
