Saudi Arabia launches multiple-entry Umrah visa valid for one year

As part of its efforts to facilitate the pilgrimage journey and offer greater flexibility for Umrah pilgrims, Saudi Arabia has introduced a multiple-entry Umrah visa. This visa allows holders to enter the Kingdom multiple times over a full year (365 days) from the date of issuance, with a total stay of up to 90 days during the visa’s validity.

How to benefit from the multiple-entry Umrah visa

The launch of this visa extends the leadership’s ongoing support for the Guests of God service system and continues the development of services for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, in line with the objectives of the Guests of God Service Program and Saudi Vision 2030.

The total stay is calculated cumulatively, allowing pilgrims to divide the 90 days across several visits during the visa’s validity period, according to approved regulations and procedures.

To use the visa, pilgrims must select a service package from an authorized provider on the Nusuk platform for each visit, and obtain an Umrah permit through the Nusuk app before arriving in Saudi Arabia, in addition to meeting all travel and entry requirements.

The visa becomes active after completing the issuance process on the first visit. For each subsequent visit, a new service package must be selected and a new Umrah permit obtained before arrival.

Can the multiple-entry Umrah visa be used during Hajj season?

The visa cannot be used to enter the Kingdom during the Hajj season, as it is suspended from 1 Dhu al-Qi'dah until 13 Dhu al-Hijjah.

The multiple-entry Umrah visa offers pilgrims greater flexibility in planning their visits and enhances the integration of digital services, improving the overall experience for the Guests of God from planning to performing the rituals.
