Citizen’s Account eligibility results and November 2026 payment date announced

Saudi Arabia’s Citizen’s Account program has announced the eligibility results for the 108th payment cycle for November 2026, and has set the date for the next support disbursement.

The program clarified that support payments for November 2026 have not yet been issued. Eligible beneficiaries will receive their payments on November 10. The estimated support amount can be calculated using the online support calculator at portal.ca.gov.sa.

The program also confirmed that eligibility results for the 108th cycle (November 2026) have been released. Beneficiaries can check their eligibility status via the program’s app or through the online portal at: eservices.ca.gov.sa/#/login.

Does updating information affect support?

The Citizen’s Account program clarified that updating personal information does not affect eligibility. However, if a dependent has an income, it must be disclosed and will be included in the total household income calculation.

The program confirmed that if the head of household is eligible, they will receive support. Beneficiaries can check their estimated entitlement using the support calculator at https://portal.ca.gov.sa.

The program also noted that if an application was submitted on September 10, eligibility will be reviewed and applicants will be notified of their status by checking the “Eligibility” section for the upcoming November cycle.
