The United Kingdom (UK) condemned on Sunday the attacks with ballistic missiles and bomb-laden UAVs launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militia toward the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab affirmed that the United Kingdom condemns the missile and drone attacks launched by the Houthis on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Marib, Yemen, adding that these attacks put innocent lives at risk, and show that those responsible are not serious about peace and protection of Yemeni people.

The Arab Coalition forces on Saturday night and Sunday morning intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile toward Riyadh and explosive-laden drones launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militia targeting civilian areas in Southern Region, Jazan and Khamis Mushayt; according to a statement by official spokesman of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen Brig. Gen. Turki Al-Malki.
