Tunisia halts flights to evacuate its country mates from abroad due to coronavirus

Tunisiaannounced today it has decided to finally stop flights arranged to evacuate itscountry mates from all Arab and European countries, starting tomorrow, FridayMarch 20, 2020.

Ina statement, the Tunisian ministry of transport said the move comes as part ofpreventing an increase of the spread of coronavirus, noting that it has alreadyenabled 4900 persons to come back to Tunisia.

Earliertoday, Tunisia's ministry of health announced the full recovery of the firstcase which contracted the virus in Tunisia, and the admission of ten new cases,bringing to 39 the number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in the country.
