Three citizens arrested in possession of 2 kilograms of hashish, pills

The Official Spokesman of the General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) Capt. Mohammad Al-Nujaidi said three citizens in their 20s and 30s; arrested in possession of two kilograms of hashish and pills subject to the medical circulation regulation.

The arrests also followed a study of a video circulated on social media of a person boasting in displaying narcotics substances and money. Close security also follow-ups for drug traffickers in the Northern Borders have resulted in arresting three citizens.

Capt. Al-Nujaidi added that the detainees apprehended and faced initial legal procedures before referring to the Public Prosecution.
