Saudi Sherpa to G20 Assistant Minister of Finance for Macro-financial Policies and International Relations Abdulaziz Al-Rashid has headed a workshop titled: "Workshop of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Agenda in G20 for 2022," itwas reported on Tuesday.
It comes as part of efforts to follow up the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's efforts and representation in G20 meetings under the Indonesian presidency for 2022, in the presence of several representatives of relevant government institutions.
The workshop, which was held yesterday, aimed at harmonizing work to formulate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's positions on issues listed during the Indonesian presidency, in coordination with all relevant government institutions participating in the G20 meetings for 2022.
The workshop also discussed the progress reached at the action groups on the financial course and Sherpa course during the Indonesian presidency, in addition to reviewing the action plan and necessary arrangements for the coming ministerial and Sherpa meetings before holding the G20 Leaders Summit in October 2022.
