Beneficiaries of the Makkah Route Initiative at Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport have expressed their appreciation for the streamlined Hajj procedures, made possible by the Saudi Ministry of Interior.

The initiative facilitates travel for pilgrims, not least by making it easy to complete pre-departure formalities.

A Saudi Press Agency reporter met with Indonesian pilgrims who thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince for making the journey of pilgrims from Indonesia easy.

Hajja Yini, a pharmacy lecturer from Tangerang, commended the high-quality services and facilities provided, along with the support from initiative participants who assist with departure procedures for the holy sites.

Hajj Sisuka Trimastum, also from Tangerang, shared his delight with performing Hajj and with the exceptional services offered through the Makkah Route Initiative.

He emphasized how the initiative alleviated travel burdens, reduced waiting times, and facilitated a smoother trip to Saudi Arabia.

The Makkah Route Initiative continues to fulfill its mission of providing exceptional service to pilgrims. It is the result of close collaboration among various stakeholders eager to ensure a comfortable Hajj experience.

Thanks to this initiative, pilgrims’ travel procedures are effortlessly completed, proof of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's commitment to facilitating Hajj, as stipulated in its Vision 2030.
