The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has outlined the steps required to transfer a worker from a company to an individual.

Transferring a worker from a company to an individual

The ministry explained on X that requests to transfer a worker from a company to an individual can be submitted through the beneficiary's page via the provided link, following these steps:

- Individuals icon

- Agree to the declaration

- Requests

- Add request

- Work sector

- Transfer of expatriate services

- Transfer expatriate service from company to individual

The ministry confirmed that it is permitted to transfer a worker from a company without the employer's consent if the worker's permit and residency have expired, if the worker has not been paid for three consecutive months, or if a malicious absence report against the worker is proven.

Work permit for final exit

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development also specified the steps and procedures for issuing work permits for the purpose of final exit.

It clarified that the service to issue work permits for completing the final exit process from the Kingdom is available for workers who have not been issued a work permit or whose permits have expired. Companies or workers (if their permits have expired) can issue final exit permits.

The process for issuing a work permit for final exit electronically involves the following steps:

1- Visit the electronic services website, log in, select the company, then choose (Issue work permit for final exit)

2- If you agree to the authorization, click (Agree), add the workers for whom you wish to issue a final exit, then click (Search)

3- Select the workers to be exited and click (Issue); the required payment amount and payment number will appear.

4- Pay the required fees before visiting the Passport Office.

5- After payment, visit the Passport Office to issue the final exit visa.
