OIC praises Saudi Arabia’s Efforts to Complete Arrangements to Accelerate Riyadh Agreement Implementation

Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimin praised the efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to complete all the necessary arrangements to accelerate the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement and agree to form the Yemeni government with 24 ministers, including the ministers of the Southern Transitional Council and various political components in Yemen.

"The OIC welcomes the announcement of the fulfillment of all military and security plans necessary to implement the agreement," Al-Othaimin affirmed.

He pointed out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince, is keen on ending the security, political, economic and humanitarian crises in Yemen.
