Electric cart bookings at the Two Holy Mosques now available with Gulf mobile numbers

The Guest Care account of the General Authority for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has announced that electric carts can now be booked from within Saudi Arabia using a Gulf mobile number.

In response to an inquiry about booking electric carts with a Gulf number, the account clarified that reservations can also be completed using a personal email address through the unified mobility platform.

The authority provides both electric and manual carts at the Grand Mosque to facilitate tawaf, sa’i, and movement for pilgrims, Umrah performers, and the elderly around the clock.

Free and electric carts are available to guests, with 5,000 standard carts provided and supervision of over 6,000 licensed cart pushers, who receive work permits after meeting the necessary requirements. Service quality is monitored 24/7.

Dedicated locations for electric and manual carts, as well as cart pushers, are available in the southern, western, and eastern courtyards of the Grand Mosque. Golf carts are also stationed in specific areas, such as the internal Ajyad Bridge and near the Shubaikiyah Bridge. These services are part of the authority’s efforts to ensure comfort for visitors, especially the elderly and people with disabilities, and to facilitate tawaf and sa’i during Hajj and Umrah seasons.
