Registering employees in the Tawteen program

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development also announced the mechanism for registering employees in the "Tawteen" program, confirming that registration must take place within the first 60 days from the date the employee is registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance by the company.

The ministry, through its official customer care account on X, explained that it is the employer’s responsibility to add employees to the program. Joining the Tawteen program is optional for companies that meet the approved requirements.

The ministry stressed that employees cannot be registered or added to the program retroactively; all registration procedures must be completed within the specified period, which is the first 60 days from the employee’s registration in social insurance.

The ministry called on business owners to comply with the program’s regulations and to take advantage of its benefits in accordance with the approved terms and procedures.
