University of Hail opens applications for part-time teaching roles

The University of Hail has announced the opening of applications for part-time teaching positions for qualified Saudi professionals from outside the university. These positions are offered on an hourly basis across the university’s colleges and branches as follows:

Application guidelines for University of Hail positions 

- Applicants to health colleges must hold accreditation from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

- Submitting an application does not guarantee a contract; the university is only obligated after the contract is signed.

- Applications will be considered based on the needs of each college or branch.

- Any application that does not meet the requirements or contains discrepancies will be cancelled and excluded.

- Applicants should review the list of required specializations and select the college, department, specialization, and location that match their qualifications and residence.

- Applicants will be notified of their application status via the registered email address.

- Each applicant may submit only one application per national ID number; applications with incorrect ID numbers will be voided.

- Ensure all entered data is accurate, as errors may result in rejection.

- These are temporary contracts on a semester basis and do not constitute employment or a promise of employment.

- All required documents must be submitted in PDF format.

Eligibility criteria for University of Hail positions

- Applicants must be Saudi nationals.

- Applicants must hold the required academic qualification from an accredited university.

- If the qualification was obtained abroad, equivalency from the Ministry of Education is required.

- Applicants to health colleges must hold accreditation from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

- Applicants must not have violated the duties of their current job, be under investigation, or have received a disciplinary decision affecting professional conduct or ethics.

- Passing a personal interview conducted by the relevant academic department, if required.

- Engagement is for one academic semester only, based on the university’s needs.

- Ability to work with electronic learning systems is required.

- Employees in the public or private sector must provide approval from their employer, and the part-time work must not conflict with their primary job.

- Non-employees must submit a declaration stating they have no other job.

- For English language specializations, a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent is required.
