The authority stated that procedures and fees for imported goods can be found using the Integrated Customs Tariff, and that a dedicated service guide is available for searching customs fees.
It explained that all imports are subject to a customs declaration processing fee of 0.15% of the value of the goods, including shipping and insurance costs, with a minimum charge of 15 riyals and a maximum of 500 riyals.
The authority added that a 15% value-added tax is applied to all imports, in addition to customs duties determined by the type and classification of the imported goods.
It emphasized that the Integrated Customs Tariff and service guide can be used to check the fees and procedures for each item before completing the import process.
