Merkel lauds Saudi Arabia’s G20 efforts

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman on Wednesday made a phone call to German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
During the call; they discussed the consolidated efforts within the meetings of the G20 countries; presided over by Saudi Arabia this year also to overcome the effects of COVID-19 pandemic and return to normal life.

For her part, Angela Merkel valued; the Kingdom's efforts in preparing and managing the G20; hoping for continued international solidarity in order to face the effects of the pandemic.
