Registration dates and steps for professional teaching license exam via Qiyas

The Education and Training Evaluation Commission has opened registration for the 2026 professional license exams for teaching positions through the Qiyas online platform. Registration is available for both the general pedagogical and subject-specific exams, with separate schedules set for men and women.

Professional license exam for teaching positions

According to the commission, registration for the general pedagogical and subject-specific exams for currently employed male teachers began on August 3, 2026. Registration for female teachers will open on August 10, 2026.

For those who did not pass previous exams, registration for men starts on August 5, 2026, and for women on August 12, 2026.

General registration for all men opens on August 9, 2026, and for all women on August 16, 2026.

Registration for the subject-specific exam closes on October 28, 2026, while registration for the general pedagogical exam ends on November 4, 2026.

The subject-specific exams will be held from October 18 to 31, 2026, and the general pedagogical exams from November 6 to 7, 2026.

• Available exams for registration will be displayed.

• Select the professional license exam—either general or subject-specific—and click register.

• Click continue.

• Agree to the instructions.

• Review the guide to specializations and click next.

• Choose your city and test center.

• Select your preferred date and click next.

• Confirm your test appointment, click next, and your registration will be completed.
