Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Sunday condemned the launch by Yemen's Houthi militia of three bomb-laden drones and a ballistic missile on Jazan in Saudi Arabia, which were intercepted by Arab coalition forces.

In a statement, the ministry reiterated Jordan's firm position in condemning "such repeated cowardly terrorist acts that target civilian and vital facilities and aim to undermine security, stability and peace."

It reaffirmed that Jordan stands by "Saudi Arabia in the face of all threats to its security," adding that any threat to the security of Saudi Arabia is a threat to the security and stability of the entire region.

Kuwait has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the continuing terrorist Houthi militia threat to the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the targeting of civilians and civilian areas and the stability of the region by launching a number of drones towards the southern regions of the Kingdom.

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry said in a statement today that such aggressive practices and ignoring the efforts of the international community to end the conflict in Yemen and targeting civilians constitute a flagrant violation of the rules of international and humanitarian law, which requires the international community to move quickly and decisively to hold the perpetrators accountable.

The Foreign Ministry also stressed Kuwait's full solidarity and support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to preserve its security, stability and sovereignty.
