King Salman to Deliver Annual Royal Speech Virtually before Shura Council on Wednesday

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud will virtually deliver tomorrow, Wednesday 29/12/2021 the annual royal speech on the activities of the 2nd year of the 8th session of the Shura Council, dealing with the internal and external policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its positions towards the most important regional and international issues.

This was announced by the Shura Council Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh.

In a press statement to mark the occasion, Sheikh Dr. Al-Sheikh expressed, in his own name and on behalf of the Council's members and employees, the utmost pride and appreciation of meeting the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques at the beginning of activities of the 2nd year of the 8th session of the Council.

He also pointed out that it is an annual occasion in which the Council has the honor to listen to the monarch's speech, which will include his directives and sound vision towards various internal and external issues, in addition to shedding light on the most prominent developments in the Kingdom.

He stressed that the Shura Council is looking forward to this royal speech, saying, "We in the Shura Council, along with the Saudi people and the various state institutions and agencies, are looking forward to the noble royal speech that defines the features of the future and sets the path and approach that the country will follow in its comprehensive development path.

He further said that the royal speech will also clarify, with its contents and visions, the Kingdom's policy and stances towards various foreign, regional and international issues.
