KAICIID Participates in Organizing 6th African Regional Consultative Meeting for G20 Religious Values Forum

The activities of the 6th regional preparatory meeting for the G20 Religious Values Forum in Africa have been were concluded on Monday.

The meeting was held virtually by the organizing partners for the Religious Values Forum, including King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (KAICIID), the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), the G20 Interfaith Association, and the National Follow-up Committee of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Initiative for Dialogue among Followers of Religions and Cultures.

At the opening of the meeting, which was attended by around 50 religious leaders and experts, KAICIID Secretary General Faisal bin Abdulrahman bin Muaammar delivered a speech in which he expressed the KAICIID's honor to work with the African Union on the African Union Interfaith Dialogue Forum, affirming the KAICIID's belief in the roles and effectiveness of individuals, leaders and religious institutions to support global public policy makers by benefiting from the experiences and initiatives of various societies.
