Musaned clarifies rules for hiring two domestic workers of different nationalities

A question was submitted to the official Musaned account for domestic labor services in Saudi Arabia, asking: "If I hire a domestic worker, am I allowed to recruit another domestic worker of a different nationality?"

Musaned clarified via its page on X that it is now possible to apply for a domestic worker visa for different nationalities, provided recruitment regulations are met. This can be done by issuing a visa through the Musaned platform under Services – Domestic Worker Visa.

The platform added: "For further inquiries, you may contact 920002866."

Adhering to official channels for domestic worker recruitment

The official Musaned account emphasized the importance of using official channels when recruiting domestic workers, stressing that making all payments through the platform is the safest option to ensure transparency and avoid fraud.

Musaned explained on X that protecting the financial and legal rights of beneficiaries relies on three main steps:

Payment via Musaned: All fees should be paid electronically through the platform’s official channels, ensuring documented transactions and safeguarding beneficiaries.

Verifying recruitment offices: Ensure the recruitment office is licensed and officially registered on the Musaned platform before starting the contracting process.

Reviewing and approving contracts: Check the terms and format of the recruitment contract via the platform and approve it electronically to guarantee documentation and protect the rights of all parties.
