Gulf Cooperation Council Ministers of Education Committee Hold its 3rd Meeting

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states' ministers of education held their here today third meeting, under the chairmanship of Omani Minister of Education Dr. Madiha bin Ahmed Al-Shaibaniyah, in the presence of the Secretary General of the GCC Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani.

In a press statementfollowing the meeting, Al-Shaibaniyah cited the achievements realized by theGCC member states, in the education domain, in order to promote it, in a waythat would meet the needs of ambitious development plans.

During the meeting,the committee discussed various issues related to enhance GCC joint action, inthe domain, and took appropriate decisions to implement them.
