The program confirmed that eligible beneficiaries will receive their support on October 11. To check your estimated entitlement, you can use the support calculator at portal.ca.gov.sa.

Changing your bank IBAN in Citizen’s Account

A beneficiary inquired about changing their bank IBAN and whether it would affect their support. The program explained that if the IBAN was changed after September 10, it will be verified during the November payment cycle. Beneficiaries will receive a text message once the IBAN is confirmed. If there are any pending payments, they will be disbursed for up to six cycles.

Citizen’s Account eligibility requirements

Beneficiaries can check the reason for ineligibility through their account under the “Eligibility Study” section. If found ineligible, they must submit an objection after updating their information according to the stated reason, within 90 days of the eligibility result.

The Citizen’s Account program stated that eligibility requirements include the main beneficiary being a Saudi national, meeting residency criteria, data consistency with relevant authorities, and financial capability according to approved regulations.

The program added that if an objection to ineligibility is approved after September 10, the beneficiary’s eligibility status will be reviewed. Beneficiaries will be notified of their eligibility by checking the “Eligibility” section in their account during the November eligibility cycle.
