Musaned announces electronic service fee for domestic worker visa issuance

Saudi Arabia’s official Musaned platform for domestic labor services has clarified, via its X account, the fee for the electronic service to accept domestic worker visa issuance requests.

Musaned stated that the electronic service fee is 150 riyals (SAR), excluding VAT, for each approved application.

The platform added that if an application is rejected, a new request can be submitted using the existing balance or a refund can be requested.

Payment methods for domestic worker visa fees

Musaned has also outlined the available payment methods for settling domestic worker visa fees, specifying the approved channels based on visa type and contract procedures.

According to Musaned’s official X account, payment for a new, previously unissued visa contract can be made using Visa or MasterCard.

For contracts involving visas previously issued through Musaned, additional payment options are available, including SADAD and Mada, alongside Visa and MasterCard.
