Key services for elderly and disabled visitors at the Two Holy Mosques highlighted

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has highlighted key services available at the Two Holy Mosques for elderly and disabled visitors, aimed at facilitating rituals and worship and ensuring a more comfortable and accessible experience for all guests.

In a post on its official X account, the ministry stated that the services provided cover several areas, including:

• Visual support: white canes for the visually impaired and Qurans in Braille.

• Mobility services: dedicated pathways to ease movement for the elderly and people with disabilities.

• Auditory support: Friday sermons translated into sign language.

• Additional assistance: Zamzam water containers and seating chairs.
