More than one million individuals have benefited from the electronic municipal services of the "Balady" platform including the issuance of commercial licenses and construction licenses within a short period of time.
Via the platform, the applicants can now issue a commercial license immediately and issue construction licenses within two days, instead of 53 days after more than 23 government agencies are linked together, particularly those related to the services of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
It is noteworthy that more than 15,000 investment opportunities were offered through the platform.
