Bahrain hosts GCC foreign ministers meeting on Sunday ahead of the 41st summit in Saudi Arabia

Bahrain will host the GCC foreign ministers meeting on Sunday, 27 December, in preparation for the 41st GCC summit scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Friday.

"Bahrain is gearing forward to see a summit meeting that would usher into enhancing the GCC inter-dialogue to achieve the projected goals in future," Bahrain's Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani said.

"Bahrain will undertake the GCC presidency, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa, as of January 2021." He added.
