Bisha University opens applications for 2026 adjunct academic positions

Bisha University has announced the availability of several adjunct academic positions for the 1448 academic year, open to qualified Saudi nationals who are not current university staff and hold a bachelor’s degree. The details are as follows:

Eligibility criteria and selection factors for adjunct positions:

- Applicants must be Saudi nationals and hold an academic qualification from a Saudi university or another recognized institution.

- Full proficiency in English is required.

- If the degree was obtained abroad, it must be officially recognized by the Ministry of Education.

- A minimum grade of 'Very Good' in the bachelor’s degree is required.

- Priority will be given to candidates who are available full-time.

- Employees in the public or private sector must provide approval from their employer.

- Candidates must pass a personal interview and meet any specific requirements set by the relevant college. Selection will be based on merit.

- A minimum score of 60 is required in the Qiyas university entrance exam or its equivalent.

- For English language positions, a minimum TOEFL score of 75 or equivalent is required.

- Any additional requirements set by the relevant department must also be met.

Required documents for application:

- Copies of academic qualifications.

- Copies of degree equivalency certificates, if applicable.

- Copies of work experience certificates.

- Copy of national ID.

- Employer approval letter for those working in the public or private sector.

- The adjunct contract is temporary and does not constitute employment or a promise of employment.

- The contract will be signed based on the qualifications submitted through the platform.

- Acceptance of the application does not guarantee a contract; the university is only obligated after the contract is signed.
