Heavy rain and strong winds forecast for Al-Baha until 8 p.m.

The National Center for Meteorology issued a weather alert on Tuesday, warning of heavy rainfall accompanied by strong winds across the Al-Baha region. The forecast includes reduced horizontal visibility, flash floods, hail, and thunderstorms.

The alert covers the city of Al-Baha and the governorates of Baljurashi, Al-Mandaq, Bani Hasan, Al-Qura, Al-Makhwah, Qilwah, Ghamid Al-Zinad, and Al-Hajrah, as well as surrounding areas.

The center stated that these weather conditions are expected to persist until 8 p.m., urging everyone to exercise caution and follow official instructions.

Alert for Al-Aqiq governorate

In a related notice, the National Center for Meteorology also warned of moderate rain in Al-Aqiq governorate and nearby areas, accompanied by strong winds and thunderclouds. The forecast includes near-zero visibility, flash floods, and hail.
