44 govt agencies taking part in Saudi Arabia’s trade policy review at WTO

A total of 44 government agencies are part of Saudi Arabia's delegation; headed by the Governor of the General Authority of Foreign Trade Abdurrahman Bin Ahmed Al-Harbi to the third trade policy review meeting at the World Trade Organization.

The three-day, which got underway on Wednesday (March 3) and will conclude on March 5 (Friday), is taking place virtually; due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Through the procedures and stages of the third trade policy review; the Kingdom has adhered to the rules and agreements of WTO; also stressing its commitment to enabling access to markets for goods and services.

The review of the policies represents an opportunity; in order to assess the great progress that the Kingdom has made in light of its Vision 2030; in the field of development and economic diversification.
