Saudi Passports Directorate outlines steps to use 'Tawasul' on Absher

The General Directorate of Passports has clarified that the 'Tawasul' service, available through the Absher platform, enables users to submit requests for transactions that cannot be completed electronically, without the need to visit passport offices in person.

In a post on its X account, the directorate explained that the service can be accessed online via Absher by following these steps:

- Log in to the Absher website.

- Select 'My Services.'

- Go to 'Passports.'

- Choose the 'Tawasul' service.

- Click on 'Submit New Request.'

- Specify the department, service, and beneficiary.

- Enter a description of the request and attach the required documents.

- Submit the request.
