Minister of State of the Maldives, Ilyas Jamalhas praised Kingdom's decision to suspend temporarily Umrah and visiting visas.
He noted that the decision comes as a precautionagainst the spread of harm among Muslims.
For his part, Maldivian Minister of IslamicAffairs Ahmed Zahir Ali welcomed the decision taken by the Kingdom, noting thatit is a successful decision and an appropriate preventive measure, affirmingthat the Maldives government and people stand with the Kingdom in its wisedecisions.
