Dumat Al-Jandal’s 33 parks boost quality of life during summer break

Thirty-three parks and gardens in Dumat Al-Jandal governorate are drawing crowds of residents and visitors during the summer holiday and national occasions, amid ongoing efforts to upgrade facilities and improve public spaces.

The Al-Jouf Municipality, through the Dumat Al-Jandal branch, continues regular maintenance of parks and gardens, including green spaces, lighting networks, restrooms, and children's play areas, as well as tree trimming, painting, and general upkeep.

The parks feature 210 children's play structures and 22 fitness devices, along with walking and cycling paths in several locations, encouraging physical activity and supporting quality of life in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The urban landscape has been enhanced by planting trees suited to the local environment, seasonal flowers, and green lawns, in addition to providing family seating areas, benches, decorative installations, and energy-efficient lighting systems, creating a welcoming recreational environment for families and visitors.
