Spanish operatic tenor, José Carreras performs at Winter at Tantora

José Carreras, Spanish opera legend, performed some of his greatest hits during his appearance at the Winter at Tantora festival in al-Ula, Saudi Arabia.

Carreras' performance on Friday was part of the festival's Spanish Prestige week.

The festival will also see famous operatic pop quartet Il Divo perform on January 17 and the legendary Andrea Bocelli on January 31.

The Winter at Tantora festival started on December 19, 2019, and will run until March 7, in Saudi Arabia's al-Ula city.

José Carreras, is a tenor opera singer. He was born in Sants, which is in neighborhood of Barcelona, Catalonia. His family moved to Argentina when he was very young.
