Saudi Arabia approves first batch of hospitality investment projects

The Ministry of Tourism has announced the approval of the first group of projects benefiting from the Hospitality Investment Enablers Program, in collaboration with the Ministry of Investment, as part of efforts to support sector growth and enhance its ability to achieve its targets.

In a post on its official X account, the ministry stated that the approved projects are scheduled to open gradually from the end of 2026 through 2029.

The ministry emphasized that these projects will contribute to the prosperity of Saudi Arabia’s tourist destinations, increase investment opportunities, and expand growth prospects in the hospitality sector.
