Infectious diseases expert shares health tips as schools reopen

Infectious diseases consultant Dr. Houra Al-Bayat has provided advice to promote health awareness as the new school year gets underway.

Speaking to Al Ekhbariya TV, she emphasized the importance of teaching students to regularly sanitize, wash their hands, avoid sharing personal items such as water bottles, dispose of tissues immediately, and frequently disinfect surfaces.

Al-Bayat also stressed that children should not attend school if they have a fever, persistent cough, diarrhea, or vomiting, to prevent spreading illness to other students.
