Haramain authority invites Makkah visitors to 'Fi Rihab Al-Haram' exhibition

The General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has invited visitors to Makkah to attend the 'Fi Rihab Al-Haram' exhibition, organized by the authority from 3 to 7 Rabi' al-Awwal 1448 AH, as part of the summer season at the Haramain Center for Culture and Enrichment. The interactive exhibition highlights aspects of the services and operations provided at the Grand Mosque, and introduces visitors to the ongoing development of the care system for the Two Holy Mosques across various fields.

The exhibition is part of the authority’s efforts to enrich the experience of pilgrims and visitors, and to enhance the cultural and educational dimension related to the Grand Mosque. It offers content that combines knowledge with interactive experiences, showcasing the evolution of services and operations dedicated to the care of the Holy Mosque.

The exhibition features a range of informative sections, including displays on the stages of manufacturing the Kiswa (the covering of the Kaaba), the threads used in its weaving, tools used in the washing of the Kaaba, the development of carpets in the Grand Mosque, and information about the blessed Zamzam water.

Visitors can also experience virtual reality (VR) technology, adding an interactive dimension to the exhibition and presenting information in modern ways that enhance the visitor experience and bring them closer to the details of various services and operations at the Grand Mosque.

Through such programs and cultural exhibitions, the General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque aims to leverage knowledge resources and modern technologies to highlight the history and care of the Two Holy Mosques, enriching visitors’ experiences with cultural and educational content that reflects the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts in serving the holy sites and their visitors.

The 'Fi Rihab Al-Haram' exhibition welcomes visitors in the lobby of the Grand Mosque Library in Batha Quraysh district, Makkah, during evening hours as part of the summer season activities offered by the Haramain Center for Culture and Enrichment.
