Al-Baha University launches digital creative arts diploma programs

Al-Baha University, in collaboration with the Canadian Entertainment Arts Center (CEA), has announced the opening of admissions for digital creative arts diploma programs. These specialized academic tracks aim to prepare qualified national talent for careers in the creative industries and digital entertainment sectors, under international academic supervision and with curricula developed in partnership with leading industry experts.

The university stated that the diploma programs span two and a half years and are delivered through a blended learning model in both Arabic and English. This approach enables students to gain the knowledge and practical skills required to meet the demands of the digital arts and entertainment job market.

The available diplomas include Game Design, 3D Modeling and Animation, AI-Enhanced Visual Effects, AI-Enhanced Film Technology, and Esports Management.

The university emphasized that this initiative is part of efforts to enhance the quality of educational outcomes and empower national talent with advanced skills in the creative industries. International academic partnerships will help align the programs with the latest global developments in the digital entertainment sector.
