Speaking to Al Arabiya FM radio, Al-Shahri noted that there is a phenomenon known as "holiday syndrome," where people experience sudden tiredness, illness, or lack of energy at the start of their vacation.
He clarified that holiday syndrome is not classified as a distinct medical diagnosis, but is supported by several psychological and physiological studies. He added: "Some people accumulate fatigue and effort, reserving their rest only for the holiday period, which is an unhealthy habit."
