Salary, work environment and career growth key to job change decisions: HR consultant

Human resources consultant Shatha Al-Nafisa has outlined several criteria that help employees decide whether to move to a new job, including salary, leadership, stability, work environment, and opportunities for professional development. She emphasized the importance of distinguishing between job stability and career stagnation.

Speaking on the "Ya Hala" program on Rotana Khalijia TV, Al-Nafisa explained that an employee’s professional value in the job market and their career progression are key factors in determining their readiness to take the next step in their career path.

Al-Nafisa stressed the need not to confuse job stability with professional stagnation, noting that assessing opportunities for growth and professional value in the labor market helps employees gauge their readiness to pursue new opportunities.
