Over 600 parks in Hail boost quality of life and urban livability

Hail Municipality is continuing its efforts to improve quality of life and promote urban livability by expanding the creation and development of parks, recreational areas, and green spaces, with more than 600 parks now established across the region’s cities and governorates.

These initiatives aim to create attractive urban environments that meet the needs of both residents and visitors, helping to achieve a balance between people and their natural surroundings.

Municipal officials explained that development projects are being carried out according to urban planning standards that consider the quality of public spaces and the needs of all segments of society, by providing green areas, walkways, playgrounds, seating areas, and sports and entertainment facilities.

These parks also enhance the use of public spaces and reinforce the concept of human-centered cities, offering urban breathing spaces and open areas for sports, recreation, and leisure activities.
