Al Jouf University ranks in Times Higher Education 2027 list

Al Jouf University has secured a place in the 651–700 global category in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings for 2027, highlighting the university’s progress in academic and research performance and its growing presence in international rankings.

This achievement comes as the university continues to develop its academic programs, support scientific research and international publication, improve the quality and impact of its research output, empower researchers, attract talented faculty, and expand scientific and academic cooperation with local and international universities and institutions.

University President Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya stated that this recognition reflects the strong support the university receives from the national leadership and the ongoing development and empowerment within the higher education sector. He noted that the guidance and backing of the Governor of Al Jouf Region and his deputy, along with the efforts of the Ministry of Education, have contributed to advancing the university’s academic and research performance and strengthening its international competitiveness.
